You don’t need prior Care Insurance experience, as product training will be provided; however, you must have underwriting experience in the commercial market and a proven ability to win broker business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in underwriting new business in commercial insurance.
• Experience developing broker relationships and attending events.
• Willingness to step into a broker-facing role and build profitable relationships.

Responsibilities

• Underwriting individual risks.
• Identifying and securing scheme opportunities.
• Attending networking events.
• Providing input to the Head of Care, reporting on broker activity and new business production.
