They are a hugely successful multi-billion-pound business looking to grow in the South West.
You'll be working closely with a supportive, driven team and have the chance to shape the way we operate in the local market.
As part of the Regional Commercial market expansion, they know how important the Business Development Manager role is.

You'll help us deliver a wide range of products across Commercial, Personal, and Specialty business lines while working directly with Underwriters and our leadership team to create tailored solutions for brokers and customers.

It's a new role, and there's a lot of room to make a real difference here. Can you imagine working for a business with a flat structure where decisions take hours, not weeks?

A few key responsibilities include:

  • Helping to drive growth and meet our goals.
  • Leading market engagement in the South West & Midlands while building strong relationships with brokers.
  • Working closely with the Underwriting team.
  • Using tools like CRM and data analysis to make informed decisions.
  • Finding opportunities to grow our relationships with brokers and our centres of excellence.
  • Developing long-term plans with brokers and making sure we stay on track.
  • Overseeing the launch of new products and updating existing ones.
  • Providing valuable insights into the local market.
  • Contributing ideas to help improve the business.

You will already have a strong understanding of the commercial insurance market and strong relationships with brokers in the region.
