Job description

Great opportunity to join one of the UK’s most highly respected independent insurance brokerages, based for their West Yorkshire head office. This business is well known for its commitment to its staff, offering flexible, hybrid working and providing a very generous benefits package.

This role sits within their claims team, dealing with a wide variety of commercial and private claims, including HNW. There is a big emphasis on the client, not just acting as a post-box, but taking a “hands on” approach, working with the team to deliver the best possible outcome for the client, whilst at the same time providing a high level of service.

As a member of the claims team, you will be speaking to clients, insurers, adjusters etc. on a daily basis as well as working closely with internal members of the team. Ideal applicants will have previous experience dealing with claims, be professional and a strong communicator, able to analyse and interpret policy working, challenging insurers where necessary.
