Full time 40 hours per week Monday - Friday

Our Corporate Fleet Sales Team at BMW Chelmsford has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their successful team. This role offers a chance to be part of a supportive company environment that fosters personal and professional growth.

This position involves managing the tasks and activities of our Fleet Sales Team to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery or collection, meeting service level agreements and compliance standards set by our National, Broker, and Local Business accounts, as well as Inchcape and OEM standards.

We seek a team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent administrative skills, and has great attention to detail.

What You’ll Do Day To Day
  • Take ownership of vehicle preparation and delivery to customers
  • Check vehicle specifications to match customer requirements
  • Order delivery packs and notify customers when vehicles are en route
  • Book PDI with the Service department
  • Ensure all documentation is complete before delivery
  • Provide quoting support for our Broker network
  • Upload finance documents and order forms, ensuring compliance
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery on arrival, follow up with customers, and minimize on-site vehicle time
