Salus Talent Solutions Ltd. is working with a well-established international Lloyd's broker in central London, specialising in placing multi-class risks across Property, Casualty and Financial Lines such as D&O and PI.

You will develop relationships with clients and underwriters, analyse risks, negotiate terms and pricing, and ensure compliant, competitive policy placements across UK and international markets.

Qualifications

• Proven brokerage experience, preferably Lloyd's market.
• Experience with retail and ideally reinsurance.
• Strong grasp of multi-class products: Property, Casualty, Financial Lines.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Our client is a well-established international Lloyd's broker based in the heart of London, specialising in placing multi-class risks across various sectors, including Property, Casualty, and Financial Lines such as Directors and Officers (D&O) and Professional Indemnity (PI). Their expertise enables them to navigate both UK and international markets, delivering tailored insurance solutions for their diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and industry stakeholders.
• Analyse and assess client risks to provide tailored insurance solutions and coverage options.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with insurers to secure optimal coverage for clients.
