The position offers a salary of GBP 35,000–GBP 37,000 per year, plus bonus and accommodation. Flexibility for weekends/holidays may be required to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in broiler production or poultry farm management.
• Leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day broiler farm operations, including feeding, watering, ventilation, and lighting.
• Monitor flock health, growth, mortality, and feed conversion; take corrective actions.
• Maintain biosecurity and animal welfare protocols.
• Supervise, train, and schedule farm workers.
• Coordinate chick placement, harvesting, and transport.
• Maintain production records and reports.
• Manage farm equipment, housing, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company regulations.
