We are on the lookout for a passionate Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations on the farm, ensuring the birds are thriving, standards are high, and the team is growing alongside them.

What You Will Be Doing

• Taking full ownership of farm operations: including bird welfare, health and safety, and delivering top-quality poultry to exacting standards.
• Managing farm budgets and achieving targets, both financial and operational.
• Leading and mentoring a dedicated team, creating a positive, professional, and productive working environment.
• Upholding high standards in farm appearance and integrity, as first impressions matter—even in the countryside!
• Living and breathing the commitment to animal welfare in every decision and action.
• Participating in our bespoke Agriculture Academy, with opportunities to develop your skills and shape your future as a next-generation agriculture leader.
• Supporting Assistant Farm Managers in their growth into future farm leaders.

What You Need

• Solid experience in broiler farm management.
• Proficiency in managing budgets and making strategic decisions.
• Confident people leadership skills, focused on collaboration and development.
• Openness to continuous learning.
• Understanding of environmental compliance and sustainability on farm.
• Valid full UK driving license.
