We are seeking an accomplished Senior Architect to lead the design and strategy of cutting-edge broadcast and network systems for a global media and live event organisation. This is a pivotal role with high visibility and technical ownership—driving the architecture of high-performance live event transmission workflows across both traditional and cloud-based platforms.
You’ll have the opportunity to innovate and shape large-scale broadcast infrastructure projects, collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams, and influence the long-term technical direction of a global player in live content delivery.

Responsibilities:
Ideal Candidate:
10+ years in a senior broadcast/media technology role with architectural responsibility
Expert knowledge in IP-based media workflows, transmission, encoding/decoding, and routing
Strong command of multicast, QoS, and standard routing protocols (OSPF/BGP)
Demonstrated ability to design resilient, scalable, and secure broadcast networks
Hands-on experience with vendor platforms such as Net Insight, Cisco, Arista, Appear, MediaKind, etc.
Proven track record in solution architecture and high-level system design
Exceptional communication skills to translate technical architecture to senior business stakeholders
Comfortable working across cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and integrating cloud media services
Willingness to travel internationally to support projects and attend events
Salary:
Up to £95,000 (DOE)
