Job Description

This role is with one of Daisy Communications' brands - XLN for Small Business.

Salary: £23,809.50 per annum
Location: Sheffield
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 18:30; 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:00 – 17:00 (37.5 hours)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for customers.
  • Upsell products and services effectively.
  • Explain complex information in an understandable way.
  • Basic understanding of how telephone and broadband services work.
  • Configure and support routers.
  • Knowledge of wired and wireless technologies.
  • Understand IP networks, basic routing, and their role in broadband delivery.

Qualifications
  • Ideally 1+ years of experience handling technical issues, but passion and confidence in managing technical problems are most important.
  • Enjoy working in a fun, social, vibrant team environment.
  • Logical problem solver, flexible in resolving customer issues.
  • Understanding of ADSL, Fibre, home networking, and related broadband technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy for customers.
