Job summary

INDMANS in Manchester is seeking a Solicitor to join a growing team, offering broad commercial exposure and the opportunity to own your own caseload. The role covers contentious and non-contentious work including county court litigation, employment law, regulatory investigations, general commercial advice, and corporate matters including exposure to M&A.

You'll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Confident Solicitor with experience in private practice or in-house.
• Solid grounding in commercial and/or employment law.
• Commercially minded.
• Comfortable managing a busy caseload while giving clear, pragmatic advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Enjoys building relationships and delivering high level client service.

Responsibilities

• County Court litigation and dispute resolution.
• Employment law advice and Employment Tribunal matters.
• Regulatory investigations, inquests and prosecutions arising from workplace incidents.
• General commercial advice.
• Corporate and transactional matters, including exposure to M&A.
• Supporting businesses within the wider group on a range of legal issues.
