Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our growing UK & Ireland portfolio with an onsite role in Bristol. You will build talent pools, engage with key stakeholders, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience for the region.

You will work with managers to select assessments, coordinate interviews, support offers, and occasionally engage with globally based colleagues. Applications close on Oct 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Studying toward a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
• Proactive problem solver with strong communication skills.
• Ability to interpret data to inform hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and engage with leaders to deploy TA solutions.
• Support intake meetings for requirements and assist with recruiting processes.
• Support social media content and posting to articulate value proposition to external talent.
• Assist candidate experience and engagement throughout hiring and beyond.
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, and testing with hiring managers.
• Support offer management and occasional out-of-hours work as needed.
