Job summary

Ardent, a leading infrastructure and land services specialist, is expanding in Bristol to establish a credible regional presence and recruit a local team.

The role focuses on Land Services growth, from Bristol to South Wales, with a pipeline across utility, transport and regeneration projects. You will lead, recruit 10–15 people within 12 months and build strong client relationships to generate work.

Qualifications

• Chartered Surveyor with professional practice/consultancy background.
• Strong working understanding of the DCO/NSIP consenting regime and valuation.
• Leadership experience or progression-ready senior level.]
