My client is a young but well-established and successful IT and Transformation recruitment business based in Bristol. This business isn’t your typical IT recruitment firm; they focus on relationships, consultancy, and having credible conversations with CTOs and CIOs about senior-level roles.

With a team of 25, they have a mature environment where everyone is an expert in their space. Last year, one consultant billed £1.5 million, and another over half a million, indicating a low turnover of staff.

The company is split into a Delivery team and a Sales team and will consider candidates from any sector background for both teams, covering both permanent and contract roles.
