Job summary

Pieminister, Bristol-born and famed for legendary pies, seeks an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead a warm, passionate pie team in a busy city centre venue. You’ll recruit and develop staff, ensure pies are perfectly golden, and deliver memorable guest experiences while tracking sales and stock with the GM.

Responsibilities

• Be the vice-captain of a fantastic team, helping them deliver legendary Pieminister experiences for every guest.
• From helping to select & develop the team to ensuring our pies are perfectly golden, you'll help to keep things running smoothly & efficiently.
• Be a champion for our customers, resolving any issues with a smile & a genuine love of great service.
• Track sales & stock with support from the General Manager, ensuring pies and cocktails are well-stocked.
• Train new team members, share pie knowledge & keep everyone up to speed on Pieminister goings-on.

• From helping to select & develop the team to ensuring our pies are perfectly golden, you'll help to keep things running smoothly & efficiently

• Numbers are your friend! With support from the General Manager, you'll help us keep track of the all-important sales & stock, making sure we're always well-stocked with pies and cocktails
