Job summary

Pieminister, Bristol-born and famed for legendary pies, seeks an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead a warm, passionate pie team in a busy city centre venue. You’ll recruit and develop staff, ensure pies are perfectly golden, and deliver memorable guest experiences while tracking sales and stock with the GM.

Qualifications

Experience as an integral part of a restaurant team.

Responsibilities

Be the vice-captain of a fantastic team, helping them deliver legendary Pieminister experiences for every guest.
From helping to select & develop the team to ensuring our pies are perfectly golden, you'll help to keep things running smoothly & efficiently.
Be a champion for our customers, resolving any issues with a smile & a genuine love of great service.
Track sales & stock with support from the General Manager, ensuring pies and cocktails are well-stocked.
Train new team members, share pie knowledge & keep everyone up to speed on Pieminister goings-on.
