A leading research institution in the UK seeks a full time PostDoctoral Research Assistant to contribute to the BrightSpark project focused on climate change mitigation. We are seeking a full time, fixed term PostDoctoral Research Assistant to work on the newly funded BrightSpark project, particularly on the modelling of the effects of charge release on cloud microphysics.

Attempting to actively mitigate harmful levels of climate change is a hugely important development with potential positive effects on societies worldwide. BrightSpark is an ARIA funded project to examine the role of charge release in increasing the reflectivity of marine stratus cloud to help cool the climate.
