Hourly Rate: £12.45 to £15.25 per hour (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

The Role

As part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you will enjoy the flexibility of bank/agency work combined with the security and benefits of being an employee – offering the best of both worlds!

You will support colleagues in delivering the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, fostering their development towards key milestones. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to ensure daily tasks such as room tidying and preparation are completed efficiently.

What we’re looking for

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children – e.g., Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder, or similar
  • A passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults using various techniques
  • Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies
  • Flexibility and adaptability
