A specialist recruitment consultancy is looking for a Temporary Works Site Manager for a major bridge project in Birmingham. The role involves overseeing all temporary works activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing leadership to site teams. Candidates should have experience in UK infrastructure projects and relevant certifications. This is a permanent position with a salary of up to £60,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on large-scale UK infrastructure projects, ideally bridges or viaducts.
• Confident managing all aspects of temporary works on a live construction site.

Responsabilités

• Identify temporary works requirements and develop detailed temporary works plans.
• Carry out risk assessments and ensure full compliance with legislation.
• Manage the design, installation and dismantling of temporary works.
• Coordinate teams, designers, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to site teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
