Outwood Academy Hasland Hall is seeking a dedicated administrator to run the Bridge provision and coordinate lesson work with teaching staff. You will create specialized resources to support Anger Management and Social Skills, enabling targeted student support.

You will assist the Inclusion Co-ordinator with SEN procedures, prepare reduced timetables, invigilate exams and liaise with the EWO and parents. You will also drive initiatives like Behaviour for Learning and SEN Raising Boys'

• Coordinate lesson work for students by liaising with teaching staff and producing specialized resources (e.g., for Anger Management or Social Skills)
• Assist the Inclusion Co-ordinator with special needs procedures and producing individual reduced timetables for students
• Administer and assess routine tests, invigilate exams, and act as a key contact for vulnerable students, the EWO and parents
• Manage initiatives like the 'Behaviour for Learning' programme and SEN Raising Boys' Achievement
