Located in the Heart of Ashbourne in the Peak District, Derbyshire - The Bridge is a significant property boasting a generous ground level bar / restaurant, an equally generous cellar bar and a large external self-contained courtyard. Given the size and location of this venue it presents many opportunities and it could be any of the following styles of venue: live music or entertainment, pub sport with sky, restaurant focus, specific activity focus e.g. similar to Flight Club venues, which is why we are open to discussions for the right applicant. Ashbourne has a large residential audience and is a strong tourist catchment in summer months.

The site is currently trading an average of 5,000 per week with a current split of 80/20 in favour of wet sales. With the right offer and focus, the Bridge presents significant sales growth potential. Currently underutilised in all areas; a specific focus could catapult this sales within this pub to significant levels. Whether it be an entertainment or food focus, the potential is uncapped.

Experience is a must, local knowledge would present an advantage but most of all you must have an abundance of enthusiasm and passion and a strong focused plan that would put this venue back on the map. We would consider a General Manager looking to take on their own site or an experienced operator with both food and drinks background; town centre experience would be an advantage.
