We are currently hiring seasonal Seamstresses & Fitters for our store in London. These roles will be responsible for fitting gowns to the customer's size and performing alterations following the instructions during fittings, ensuring dresses are perfectly adjusted and delivered in excellent condition.

• Coordinate with the Alterations Manager to organize daily/weekly agendas and prepare dresses for appointments.
• Perform fittings according to Pronovias protocols, advising customers on alterations and suggesting accessories for the complete look.
• Carry out alterations adhering to Pronovias timing and quality standards.
• Record all alterations in the system daily.
• Maintain store image by following Pronovias visual and branding standards.

Requirements

We seek candidates with proven experience in made-to-measure dressmaking, strong hand and machine sewing skills. Knowledge of bridal or occasion wear is a plus.

It is essential that you are positive, passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, results-oriented, a strong team player, and a great problem solver.

Excellent communication skills are required, and knowledge of different languages will be positively valued.
