Pronovias Group has been dressing dreams for more than 50 years through our brands: Pronovias, Saint Patrick, White One, Nicole, and Ladybird.

We are growing and are looking for Bridal Sales Stylists to join our team in London.

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Attend and advise clients, providing professional treatment aimed at excellence and satisfying their needs.
• Manage daily appointments to ensure excellent customer service and organize daily activities efficiently.
• Meet sales and efficiency targets set by the Store Manager.
• Control store stocks and stock flow in coordination with Central to ensure availability and compliance with quality and delivery standards.
• Perform administrative tasks such as telephone support, cashier closing, merchandise receipt, tracking, transfers, and inventories to support store operations.
• Maintain a correct store image according to PRONOVIAS policies, ensuring orderliness in sales, workshop, and warehouse areas.
• Resolve incidents promptly and effectively.
• Conduct fittings in accordance with PRONOVIAS policies when samples are unavailable.

Requirements:

We seek candidates with proven experience as a sales consultant in the Premium or Luxury Fashion sectors. Knowledge of the bridal or occasionwear industry is a plus. Excellent communication skills are essential, and multilingual abilities are highly valued.
