Bricklaying Trainer (Full Training Provided)

Location: Luton

Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 + Days Based + 28% Pension + Progression + 50 Days Holiday!

In this role, you will work with 20 apprentices in the area, guiding, coaching, assessing, and mentoring them through their T1, T2, and T3 bricklaying qualifications.

The ideal candidate will live within a 25-mile radius of Luton, have a background in bricklaying, and hold a Level 3 qualification in bricklaying.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bricklayer to transition from the tools to working with the next generation of bricklayers.
