Job summary

GREENLIGHT SAFETY & CONSULTANCY LTD offers a Bricklayer (level 2) apprenticeship in Bristol. You will train at GREENLIGHT TRAINING LIMITED with a college or training organisation, gaining hands-on experience on real projects.

You will lay bricks, read plans, set out and check levels, while following health, safety and sustainability standards. The two-year apprenticeship runs 40 hours per week with a start date in late November 2026.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or training organisation.
• At least 20% of working hours will be spent training or studying.
• Must follow health, safety and sustainability standards.
• Able to work outdoors as part of a site team and liaise with other trades.

Responsibilities

• Work on new build and refurbishment projects of varying size and complexity
• Lay bricks and blocks using mortar and hand tools
• Carry out simple setting out and check levels and alignment
• Shape and trim materials to meet design specifications
