Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd are actively seeking a Bricklayers Mate for a construction project in Cleish, Perth and Kinross. You will assist bricklayers with laying bricks and blocks, mix mortar, move materials, and keep the site clean and safe.

The role requires a valid CSCS card, prior Bricklayers Mate/ Labourer experience, and proper PPE. You will follow instructions, work well in a team, and comply with health and safety standards on site. PAYE Umbrella payment applies, with CIS possible for some roles.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CSCS Card.
• Previous experience as Bricklayer's Mate, Labourer, or in a similar construction role.
• Hardworking, reliable, and driven.
• Must have valid ID/Passport.
• Must have own full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots).
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites.
• Pay rate quoted for this role is PAYE Umbrella with deductions to take-home pay.
• CIS payment option may apply for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Assisting bricklayers with laying bricks, blocks, and other masonry.
• Mixing and preparing mortar.
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials around site.
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe.
• Preparing materials and tools for the bricklaying team.
• Assisting with setting up and maintaining the work area.
• Supporting other trades on site when required.
• Performing all duties on site as instructed by site management.
• Working in accordance with site health and safety standards.
