Job summary

Trent Precast Concrete Ltd., part of the JRL Group, is recruiting for a hands-on operative to join the precast team at Skelmersdale. Reporting to the Operative Supervisor, you will contribute to efficient production of brick panels and meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers 28 days holiday per year, pension arrangements, various shift patterns, and on-site welfare facilities to support your work and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Operative Supervisor
• Efficient point of Brick Panels
• Achieving daily targets and working to tight deadlines
• Ensuring all work is up to a high standard and meets process requirements.
• Adapting and recycling knowledge to work efficiently.
• Have the ability to learn new processes.
