Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for Brewing & Processing in Northampton. You will provide leadership to brewing and processing teams, drive safety culture, and deliver cost-effective performance while upholding quality standards.

Ideal candidates will hold a relevant degree or brewing qualification, have strong change-management experience in a large FMCG, and possess proven people-leadership capabilities within the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent with demonstrable experience in blue-chip FMCG/food manufacturing.
• IBD Diploma or brewing qualification; master brewer study would be advantageous.
• Experience delivering culture change and performance management in a large FMCG business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change across the brewing and processing operation to minimise cost while meeting quality and service targets.
• Develop a behavioural safety culture and ensure SH&E policy compliance.
• Lead strategic plans and build capability to enable world-class performance in the brewery.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and reward team success while developing talent.
• Communicate plans and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders and KPIs.
