BREW HOUSE HOURS OF OPERATION

Sunday - Thursday | 11am-10pm

Friday & Saturday | 11am-11pm

The Genesee Brew House is looking for a motivated Dishwasher . This position ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand
• Maintain working area safe and clean; sweep/mop as needed
• Maintain kitchen floors clean and dry ensuring timely wipe up and clean-up of any spills
• Must notify Manager anytime dish machine wash or rinse falls below safety standard temperatures

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

• Standing for long periods of time on concrete floors, climbing stairs occasionally, and frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with assistance up to two times per shift
• Exposure to moderate noise levels, moderate heat, open flames, hot surfaces, knives and sharp objects
• Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts burns, slipping, and tripping

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base hourly wage for this position is $15.50/hour!
