Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Sustainability Consultant to lead BREEAM-focused assessments across multiple sectors in a hybrid working environment in the Wolverhampton area. The role involves managing BREEAM projects from feasibility to certification and expanding into energy modelling and broader sustainability advisory services.

You will work with design teams and clients to deliver sustainable outcomes, with opportunities for progression and professional development as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in BREEAM consultancy.
• Strong understanding of BREEAM processes and whole life carbon principles.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• Confident communicator, comfortable leading workshops and engaging with clients.
• Interest in developing across wider sustainability disciplines.

Responsabilités

• Deliver BREEAM assessments from feasibility through to certification.
• Interpret BREEAM criteria and advise design teams accordingly.
• Coordinate and review evidence submissions.
• Lead client and design team workshops.
• Manage BRE submissions and certification process.
