Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience delivering BREEAM assessments and advisory services.
• Strong understanding of BREEAM processes and whole life carbon.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver BREEAM assessments from feasibility to certification.
• Interpret BREEAM criteria and advise design teams.
• Coordinate and review evidence submissions.
• Lead client and design team workshops.
• Manage BRE submissions and certification processes.
• Support integration of wider sustainability strategies into projects.
