Do you have significant BREEAM experience working in the UK Construction Industry?

We have an exciting opportunity for someone with strong certification and validity experience of BREEAM. A leading UK construction business is looking to onboard a professional who can handle, drive, and coordinate all BREEAM-related activities for the organization.

The BREEAM Manager/Coordinator will play a pivotal role within the design team, championing sustainability initiatives, driving projects, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring comprehensive management of BREEAM processes. This position involves close collaboration with colleagues from diverse disciplines, delivering top-tier BREEAM and sustainability support across various sectors.

You will be based at the organization’s headquarters outside Heathrow, London. The company seeks someone to drive, manage, and coordinate all aspects of BREEAM within construction, including validation and certification, and to support the achievement of net zero goals.

Working alongside the Head of Pre-Construction and Pre-Construction Manager, you will be the go-to person for the group based at the head office but handling projects across the UK region.
