Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering BREEAM projects from Design Stage through Post-Construction.
- Experience in Main Contractor, Sub-Contractor, or Construction Consultancy environments.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate BREEAM delivery across projects from design to post-construction.
- Undertake site inspections to verify delivery of BREEAM and environmental best practices.
- Support construction environmental management including CEMPs and compliance monitoring.
