Job summary

S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd is seeking an experienced BREEAM Coordinator to support the delivery of sustainable construction projects and ensure compliance with BREEAM assessment requirements.

You will coordinate BREEAM throughout design and construction, liaising with project teams and assessors, monitoring performance, maintaining evidence, and driving sustainability improvements on active projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a BREEAM, sustainability or environmental role within the construction industry.
• Good understanding of BREEAM assessment criteria and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BREEAM requirements throughout the design and construction phases.
