We're partnering with a respected, employee-owned sustainability consultancy based in the West Midlands, currently expanding their talented team. If you're passionate about sustainable design and want to influence the future of greener buildings across the UK, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role:

* Lead BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment through to post-construction stages

* Work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to achieve sustainability targets

* Oversee evidence gathering and manage credit submissions for certification

* Keep current with sustainability legislation and BREEAM guidelines

* Offer expert advice on sustainability throughout all phases of a project

What You'll Bring:

* Licensed BREEAM Assessor

* 2-3 years of experience delivering BREEAM assessments

* Excellent communication and project coordination skills

* A background in sustainability, environmental science, architecture, or engineering (preferred)

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
