Job summary

• Work within Surgical First Assistant parameters and core clinical competence.
• Maintain ongoing clinical competencies and identify training needs.
• Participate in user groups, MDT meetings and research-based practice.
• Undertake pre-operative assessments and assist the surgeon with operative procedures.
