Job summary

The East of Scotland Breast Screening Service and NHS Tayside Breast Imaging Service at Ninewells Hospital in Dundee seek a Consultant Radiologist to deliver a high-quality breast screening and symptomatic imaging service. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide clinics for new patients, screening assessments, and diagnostic procedures with MDT discussions.

Applicants must be on the GMC specialist register (or eligible within 6 months) and hold a current licence to practise.

Qualifications

• Must be on GMC specialist register or eligible for entry on register.
• Hold a current licence to practise in the UK.
• Breast imaging/screening experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality breast screening and symptomatic imaging services.
• Provide clinics for new patients and screening assessments.
• Undertake diagnostic procedures and participate in MDT discussions.
• Work as part of the multidisciplinary team with radiologists and radiographers.
