The Christie Private Care in Manchester is seeking a Breast Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You’ll be a pivotal part of delivering personalised care to patients and families, coordinating across the breast cancer pathway and supporting complex treatment decisions within one of the UK’s leading cancer centres.

Qualifikationen

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience as Breast Cancer CNS or Senior Nurse (Band 6) in breast services, surgical oncology or clinical oncology.

Aufgaben

• Manage a specialist caseload of breast cancer patients, providing continuity of care from diagnosis through treatment and survivorship.
• Deliver holistic assessments, expert clinical advice and emotional support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with consultants, surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate complex treatment pathways and deliver outstanding patient care.
• Advocate for patients within MDT meetings and contribute to service development and quality improvement.
• Provide cross-site support with The Wilmslow Hospital to meet demand and ensure continuity of care.
