Job summary

Bullitt Hotel in Belfast is seeking Breakfast Waiting staff (part time) to join our busy team. You will meet and greet guests, learn guest preferences, and confidently suggest menu items during the breakfast service, in a fast-paced city-centre setting.

Shifts run 6AM–4PM, Monday through Sunday, with fortnightly pay at £12.71 per hour, and a range of benefits including service charge sharing, paid breaks, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a restaurant / hotel environment.
• Fully flexible to work morning shifts, particularly early 6AM starts.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a busy table service restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, learn and remember preferences, and recommend menu items.
• Provide breakfast service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
