This role has a starting rate of £12.25 per hour. On successful completion of probation period, you will receive an increase to £12.75 per hour and £50 in "love to Shop" vouchers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the utmost hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience.
- To ensure all complaints are minimized and handled professionally in accordance with our policies.
- To work in line with company policies and manuals.
- Work with the Food and Beverage Manager & Supervisor to maximize sales performance and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure effective control of stock and staff costs in the absence of the Restaurant Managers & Supervisors.
- Follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual.
- Serve food and drinks quickly and efficiently, meeting our five-star standards.
- Keep up to date with current promotions and new products.
- Make guests aware of offers on our food and drink range.
- Assist in any function or event setups in accordance with procedures.
- Maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from guests in accordance with company policy, ensuring accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
- Observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety, food and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure high standards of financial and reporting diligence in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain good working relationships with all departments and communicate effectively throughout the hotel.
- Understand responsibilities related to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, and Emergency Aid.
