The Role:

As our Breakfast Team Member, your day will be an opportunity to deliver exceptional service in an elegant setting, where every detail matters.

Here’s what a day with us might entail:

• You enjoy taking and delivering food and drinks orders, demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
• Multifunctional Food and Beverage management and support allowing you to flex your skills in all Food and Beverage Outlets within the Hotel. This will cover and not exclusive to restaurants, bars, in room dining and conference and events.
• You should enjoy early mornings - and be excited to start your day with our guests.
• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, consistently demonstrating great customer service
• Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
• Carry out cleaning duties as assigned to you in any of the food and beverage outlets.
