Job summary

Atlas Hotels is hiring a Breakfast Team Member at the Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh - Leith Waterfront. This role is 15 hours across 3 days per week with a rate of £12.95 per hour. Previous hotel experience is useful but not essential, and we will train you to deliver great service.

You will welcome guests warmly, set up and restock the breakfast buffet, and clear tables to keep service moving. In our friendly, guest‑focused teams you can grow with Atlas across our 59 hotels.

• Providing a warm ‘Atlas welcome’ to guests will be at the heart of what you do.
• Ensuring all guests enjoy their breakfast with us is paramount. In this role you will be making sure that happens, by preparing some delicious food, setting it up and refilling the buffet area as well as clearing tables to make way for more hungry guests.
