We are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor/Team Leader to join our fabulous team.

Hours include 6:30am-3pm / 7am-3pm – includes weekends (must be flexible for working days). 40 hours per week.

What a Team Leader does at JW Lees:

• Oversee the breakfast service, ensuring an efficient and welcoming experience for all guests.
• Lead the breakfast team and ensure the highest standards of food and service.
• Greet and seat guests.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure smooth food service.
• Handle any guest queries or feedback promptly and professionally.
• Set up and clear down the breakfast area to our standards.
• Ensure all hygiene, health & safety regulations are followed.
• Monitor stock levels for breakfast items and assist with ordering when needed.
• Train and support breakfast team members, leading by example at all times.
• Keep the breakfast area clean, organised, and well presented.
• Work closely with other departments to support smooth hotel operations.
