Overview

Salary: £35,000 per annum, plus tronc
Location: Sir Devonshire Square, City of London
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Sunday availability

Welcome to Sir Devonshire Square – a bold, beautiful boutique hotel just steps from Liverpool Street Station. We are the UK’s first hotel from Sircle Collection, the Dutch lifestyle brand known for turning up the charm in Europe’s coolest neighbourhoods. We’ve just opened and are now looking for a Breakfast Supervisor who brings warmth, attentive service, and the right kind of morning magic!

Your Role as Breakfast Supervisor

As our Breakfast Supervisor at Sir Devonshire Square, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable breakfast experience for our guests. Your leadership will ensure a well-organised, high-energy service that sets the tone for the day. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the breakfast service, ensuring a smooth operation with high standards of presentation and hospitality.
• Supervising and supporting the breakfast team, fostering a positive and motivated environment.
• Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations are upheld.
• Managing stock levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure availability of breakfast items.
• Handling guest feedback with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a supervisory role within a quality hospitality or food & beverage setting.
• A passion for delivering heartfelt service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive mindset.
