In summer 2024, renowned British chef Jackson Boxer took over the restaurant, redesigning the space and menu to reflect Parisian bistro traditions and Covent Garden’s history, serving French classics and signature cocktails.

Job: Restaurant Breakfast Supervisor

Location: Covent Garden, London

We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team! You will oversee operational matters, support the General Manager, and focus on guest and team satisfaction and training. In the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant General Manager, you will ensure smooth operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee restaurant operations during service to ensure smooth running.
  • Assist in maintaining service and food quality standards, aiming to provide an excellent, unpretentious experience.
  • Ensure high-quality food and beverages are served consistently.
  • Maintain the overall presentation of the restaurant.
  • Adhere to all food and beverage safety and quality regulations.
  • Report maintenance issues to the Restaurant Manager.
  • Participate in training the restaurant team.
  • Follow management’s instructions and requests.
  • Greet and interact with guests, ensuring they are seated, provided menus, and well cared for.
  • Create a welcoming environment, assess guest needs, and recommend menu items.
  • Present and explain the menu to guests.
  • Take and serve food and drink orders.
  • Relay guest feedback to the Restaurant Manager.
