Job summary

Brightstar Hospitality Management in London is seeking a Breakfast Team Member to deliver warm, professional service across our restaurants, bars and room service. You will greet guests, take orders accurately and ensure smooth, welcoming service from dawn until late morning.

You will work closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams, maintain clean dining areas, follow food hygiene standards and upsell where appropriate to enhance guest experiences and support peak service times.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
• Adaptable and calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work late nights when required, including cleaning and closing duties after service.
• Proficiency in a second language (preferred).
• Familiarity with POS systems or table service procedures (preferred).
