You will welcome guests, seat them, and deliver attentive, efficient breakfast service while maintaining knowledge of menu items and allergen information. The role involves collaboration across departments and a strong emphasis on safety and high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times throughout the breakfast service.
• Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival.
• Deliver attentive, efficient and friendly service throughout breakfast.
• Maintain knowledge of the breakfast offering, including menu items and allergen information.
• Assist with preparation, presentation and replenishment of the breakfast area.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently while keeping a clean restaurant environment.
• Address guest concerns courteously and promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Food & Beverage, Kitchen and other hotel departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Operate safely, reporting hazards or incidents to management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Leonardo Hotels product and organisation.
