Job summary

The Trafalgar St. James London, Curio Collection by Hilton, part of Crimson Hotels Group, is seeking an Assistant Breakfast Manager. Join a five‑star setting on the edge of St. James and Trafalgar Square, leading breakfast service and guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will work closely with the Restaurant & Bar Manager, oversee buffet and à la carte service, and identify opportunities to upsell while maintaining high standards and revenue performance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in restaurant or luxury hotel operations.
• Understanding of breakfast service and food & beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee breakfast operations and service prep.
• Lead and develop the restaurant team to ensure high standards.
• Upsell opportunities and maximise revenue.
• Support with rotas, stock control, and daily operational tasks.
