Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Kitchen Brigade as a Night and Breakfast Chef.

The Night and Breakfast Chef will be fully conversant with the Service Menus regarding breakfast service and will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the breakfast service by liaising with the back of house department. Responsibilities include maintaining food preparation of the highest standard at all times, managing stock levels as directed by the Sous Chefs, and assisting with meal preparation for the Colleague Restaurant.

Entry Requirements

• Qualification in Culinary Arts, degree standard or similar preferred
• Relevant experience in a five-star property or fine dining restaurant is desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and strong organisational skills
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Polite and professional attitude towards internal and external guests
