Job summary

Crowne Plaza Harrogate is seeking a friendly, morning‑oriented breakfast supervisor to greet guests and lead a busy breakfast team, ensuring exceptional service from the moment guests arrive. You will oversee hot and cold buffet presentation, coordinating with the kitchen to maintain brand standards with energy and warmth.

In this role you will manage a fast‑paced area, support colleagues, and help create memorable experiences for corporate and leisure guests.

You enjoy greeting our guests and potentially being their first interaction of the day!

You will oversee the running of a busy breakfast team, demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.

Our breakfast teams interact with 99% of our guests and help set the tone for the day ahead. Often juggling limited space in a high pressure environment and catering for corporate, leisure and group guests - all who have a different expectation and different demands of the team.

You will be liaising with the kitchen team to ensure the breakfast buffet - hot and cold is presented as the brand expects.
