Role Overview

The Breakfast Manager oversees all Food and Beverage operations, including Breakfast, Café, and Room Service, ensuring high standards of quality and service.

  • Manage food and beverage service to meet high standards as per hotel and Hilton brand standards
  • Control customer flow and interactions between front and back-of-house during service
  • Maximize sales opportunities with Team Members
  • Maintain brand standards and customer service quality
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Manage team schedules, stock, and wastage levels
